1. Information you provide
We collect your email address when you join the studio list. If you contact us, the contact form prepares a draft in your own email app; your name, reply address and message are sent only when you choose to send that email. When you purchase, Shopify processes the contact, billing and order information required to complete and deliver your order.
2. How we use it
We use submitted information to make requested downloads available, send studio news when you have expressly asked for it, respond to messages, support purchases, prevent misuse and operate the website. With your permission, we also use aggregated analytics to understand visits and improve the shop.
3. Legal bases and choices
Depending on where you live, processing may rely on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the shop. Marketing and analytics consent are optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Service providers
Website hosting, ecommerce, payment, email and analytics providers may process limited information on our behalf. Shopify provides checkout and order processing; payment-card details are handled by Shopify and its payment partners and are not stored by this website. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information and interactions with the shop.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and support obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Submit a request through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Fablelune website uses essential browser storage to remember items in your shopping bag and your cookie choice. Before you consent, the Google tag runs in restricted consent mode and does not read or set analytics cookies. If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may then set analytics cookies that help us measure page views, product interest, additions to the bag and checkout starts. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Shopify checkout may use its own essential cookies and separate consent controls.
