By visiting this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.
2. Digital products
All coloring books and pages are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. Product images are previews; display colors and print results may vary by device, printer, ink and paper.
3. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may make multiple personal copies.
You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files; upload them to shared drives or print-on-demand services; remove ownership marks; or use the artwork, colored or uncolored, in products, branding, advertising or content sold for profit.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a clear pricing, technical or availability error.
5. Intellectual property
The website, Fablelune name and branding, product copy, illustrations and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to Fablelune Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the personal-use license described above.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fablelune Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital files. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
